Convection continued to increase last night, however its movement toward land will stunt its growth within the next 24 hours. If a subtropical storm is to be declared, it will happen today or tomorrow morning.
An airforce reserve hurricane hunter aircraft took off at approximately 5:30 this morning. We should know by later today whether 90L will be named Andrea.
