Not done yet

Today featured hours of pounding sleet, but it's better than freezing rain. Keene escaped the worst of the icing, however still had to deal with thick layers of sleet covering the roads. Total snow accumulations through 7am this morning were 2.0" with another 2.0" in a sleet / snow mix today. Much of this has compacted into a hard layer of ice.

An abundance of moisture will linger across the northeast as low pressure pulls northward. This will allow for areas of precipitation to affect the region through tomorrow morning. At the moment, radar features bands of precipitation, in the form of freezing rain approaching Keene. This may coat surfaces with a tenth inch of glaze in the next few hours. Colder temperatures will return to the mid levels by 10pm, changing any freezing rain or sleet to all snow. Another inch of snow is possible through tomorrow morning.

--- Delay potential ---
Questionable. It depends how well the roads are kept clean tonight. Otherwise, we'll be waking up to an inch of snow overtop of a glaze of ice - not the best driving conditions.
